What is Soul Winning, and why is it important?

Imagine  ”Soul Winning” as to someone who was handed the keys to a safe harbor during a massive storm, and then immediately and selflessly  turns around to wave the other boats in.

It is just one person who was rescued, passing the lifeline to someone else still out in the deep water.

The Straightforward Truth 

• The Reality: We have all stepped off the right path and cannot fix it on our own. Ecclesiastes 7:20 says, "For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not."
• The Provision: God steped in to pay the price we couldn't afford. Romans 5:8 states, "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
• The Mission: Soul winning is simply sharing that news so others can find safety too. It is answering the call in Matthew 28:19: "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations." 

Ultimately, it is helping a fellow traveler find the grace, forgiveness, and eternal security that is already waiting for them
